IYKYK!  Real Ramen does not come from those little pouches of dried noodles with the dusty mystery seasoning packets!  Real Ramen is the ultimate comfort food with its soul-warming broth, springy noodles and array of delectable toppings!

In this hands-on class you will learn how to make ramen noodles, season a homemade broth to perfection and finally, we will show you the secret of the perfect soft-boiled egg!

Class Type

We have many styles of cooking classes.  This class is centered on entertainment with cooking skills taught throughout the class.  It is not expected for every guest to personally make every recipe.  This class has a nice balance of  creating independently, in pairs, as well as group efforts.
