Come spend the day with us as we uncover the steps to real artisan bread making. We will dive into the different types of yeast, the 12 steps of dough preparation and discuss the proper ingredient balance. We will talk sourdough starter, how to make, feed and care for your starter ~ you will even go home with your own sourdough starter!
Let us take the mystery out of successful bread making and start you on the rewarding journey of bread baking! By the end of this class, you will have learned the essential skills and knowledge needed to create such beautiful artisan breads and will be craving even more!
