Panama City’s own Certified Executive Pastry Chef Paul Ashman will guide you through the process of creating these decadent treats from scratch and you will discover the secrets of selecting the finest ingredients, mastering the perfect ganache, and adding a touch of elegance with creative toppings and fillings.

Class Type

We have many styles of cooking classes. This class is a combination of Hands-On and Chef Demonstration.  Each student will create their own truffles to take home.
