Our classes are designed for ages 12yr and older.
Participants under 16yr must be accompanied by a ticketed adult.

In this class you will learn how to make the most versatile dough,
Pâte à Choux (Pat-Ah-Shoo .. Bless you!) also called Eclair Paste.
You can make a list of sweets using this paste from cream puffs,
to eclairs and churros! The sweet possibilities are endless!

We have many styles of cooking classes. This class is a combination of Hands-On and Chef Demonstration. Each student will have their own cake to decorate and take home, so find a reason to celebrate!
