An American steakhouse dinner is an indulgent affair, characterized by sizzling cuts of prime beef, hearty sides, and a warm social atmosphere.

In our immersive cooking class, you will learn how to elevate your steak game and master the art of sous vide, searing and even smoking the perfect steak.  We will talk about what to look for when choosing a steak and how to properly handle and season your cut before cooking.

We will teach you methods and create a menu that will rival even the most revered steakhouse!

Class Type

We have many styles of cooking classes.  This class is centered on entertainment with cooking skills taught throughout the class.  It is not expected for every guest to personally make every recipe.  This class has a nice balance of  creating independently, in pairs, as well as group efforts.
