Join us for our Sauces 101, where you’ll master the art of sauce-making and take your culinary skills to the next level! This hands-on class will demystify the process of creating classic sauces, teach you the “formula” of sauce making, giving you the confidence to elevate any dish.
You’ll learn the secrets behind a range of essential sauces, including rich and velvety versatile Bechamel, luscious Velouté, and the perfect Pan Sauce. Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned home cook, you’ll leave with the knowledge and skills to sauce like a pro!

Class Type
We have many styles of cooking classes. This class is a combination of Hands-On and Chef Demonstration. Each student will have their own cake to decorate and take home, so find a reason to celebrate!
