Get ready to twist, roll, and bake your way to delicious fun at The Twisted Fork Culinary Classroom! In this hands-on class, you’ll learn the secrets to making warm, golden-brown pretzels from scratch. From mixing and kneading the dough to shaping those iconic twists, dipping in a baking soda bath, and finishing with that perfect buttery shine, you’ll master each step with guidance from our chef.

Whether you like yours sprinkled with coarse sea salt or dusted in cinnamon sugar, you’ll leave with an assortment of pretzels you created yourself—plus the skills to recreate them at home anytime.

Class Type

We have many styles of cooking classes.  This class is centered on entertainment with cooking skills taught throughout the class.  It is not expected for every guest to personally make every recipe.  This class has a nice balance of working independently, in pairs, as well as group creations.
