Benvenuto!  Welcome to the warm and inviting world of Italian cooking at its best ~ Rustic Italian!  Cooking rustic focuses on using simple and high-quality ingredients, perfectly balanced with traditional preparation techniques.

You will prepare a lovely Italian meal and learn the art of crafting a perfect meatball and then finish it in a savory red sauce.  You will also create a wonderful and rich polenta and finally, will end on a sweet note with a creamy panna cotta with strawberry coulis.

Class Type

We have many styles of cooking classes.  This class is centered on entertainment with cooking skills taught throughout the class.  It is not expected for every guest to personally make every recipe.  This class has a nice balance of creating independently, in pairs, as well as group efforts.
