At The Twisted Fork Culinary Classroom, we’re bringing bold Thai flavors to life in an unforgettable, hands-on experience. In this immersive class, you’ll learn how to build flavor from the ground up by crafting your own homemade curry paste—layering fresh herbs, spices, and aromatics into a rich, fragrant base that defines authentic Thai cuisine.

From there, you’ll create a vibrant Thai curry paired with ginger-glazed chicken and perfectly roasted eggplant. Along the way, you’ll sharpen essential culinary skills while discovering the balance of sweet, savory, spicy, and tangy flavors that make Thai food so irresistible. Come ready to cook, taste, and leave with new techniques you’ll be excited to recreate at home.

Class Type

We have many styles of cooking classes.  This class is centered on entertainment with cooking skills taught throughout the class.  It is not expected for every guest to personally make every recipe.  This class has a nice balance of working independently, in pairs, as well as group creations.
