Let us delight your senses through traditional Greek cuisine where you will experience exciting Mediterranean flavors combinations at their best!  From aromatic herbs like oregano and thyme with a nice dose of olive oil and garlic to the tangy and creaminess of yogurts and feta cheese.

In this fun and interactive class, we will prepare a Greek Menu that introduces you to these amazing flavors and some ingredients you may have never used before.  What is a Greek menu without Baklava?  You will prepare layers of flaky phyllo pastry filled with nuts and an aromatic sweetened honey.  This dish puts the Oh! in OPA!

Class Type

We have many styles of cooking classes.  This class is centered on entertainment with cooking skills taught throughout the class.  It is not expected for every guest to personally make every recipe.  This class has a nice balance of  creating independently, in pairs, as well as group efforts.
