Let us teach you about the deep history of Gulf Coast Southern Cuisine and how it is celebrated for its bold flavors, diverse ingredients, and a strong sense of tradition and community. This cuisine is found along the Gulf of Mexico coastline in the Southern United States and is a beloved part of American culinary heritage.  With influences from fresh seafood, Spain, Africa and the Caribbean the result is a melting pot of flavor influences.

Class Type

We have many styles of cooking classes.  This class is centered on entertainment with cooking skills taught throughout the class.  It is not expected for every guest to personally make every recipe.  This class has a nice balance of working independently, in pairs, as well as group creations.
