Let us delight your senses through traditional Greek cuisine where you will experience exciting Mediterranean flavors combinations at their best!  From aromatic herbs like oregano and thyme with a nice dose of olive oil and garlic to the tangy and creaminess of yogurts and feta cheese.

In this fun and interactive class, we will prepare a Greek Menu that introduces you to these amazing flavors and some ingredients you may have never used before.  We will prepare Souvlaki, tender marinated chicken skewers grilled to perfection and served with a creamy tzatziki sauce.  What is a Greek menu without Baklava?  You will prepare layers of flaky phyllo pastry filled with nuts and an aromatic sweetened honey.  This dish puts the Oh! in OPA!
