Come in your favorite costume and get ready to sink your teeth into Burger Bliss: Building the Perfect Monster Burger! This sizzling, hands-on class where you’ll learn to create the ultimate burger from the grind up—literally. Start by crafting your own custom beef grind, learning how different cuts contribute to flavor, texture, and juiciness. Then, shape and grill your patties to perfection, build bold flavor combinations, and master gourmet toppings and sauces. On the menu: a classic Smash Burger with garlic aioli and crispy shallots, a Blue Cheese & Bacon Burger with caramelized onions and arugula, and a Spicy Southwest Burger with roasted corn salsa and chipotle crema.

We have many styles of cooking classes.  This class is centered on entertainment along with creating beautiful dishes! This class has a nice balance of working independently, in pairs, as well as group and Chef creations.
