In this class you will learn how to make the most versatile dough,
Pâte à Choux (Pat-Achoo .. Bless you!) also called Eclaire Paste.
You can make a list of sweets using this paste from cream puffs,
to eclairs and churros!  The sweet possibilities are endless!

  • Cream Puffs with Peanut Butter Buttercream and Raspberry Glaze

Class Type

We have many styles of cooking classes. This class is a combination of Hands-On and Chef Demonstration.  Each student will have their own cake to decorate and take home, so find a reason to celebrate!
