Cook Like a Boss Week 4

This is a perfect class for that person who has always wanted to learn how to move, speak and cook like a real Chef.
By covering these key areas of study over the six-week course, participants of Cook Like a Boss will develop a solid foundation in cooking skills and techniques that will empower them to create delicious and impressive dishes in the kitchen.
You will learn about safe food-handling, how to stay organized in the kitchen (mise en place) and proper knife skills. That is just Week 1!!
You will continue through stock making, meat cookery, flavor profiling, sauce making, emulsions, searing and sauteing, cooking methods and more! You will learn from your own Chef all of the building blocks to elevate your cooking and you will finish this class transformed in the kitchen.

- Class 3 May 30: Cooking Methods and Flavor Profiling
- Class 4 June 6: Sear and Sauté
