By covering these advanced areas of study over the six-week course, participants of Cook Like a BIG Boss will dive deeper into the skills of meat cookery, flavor profiling, sauce making, emulsions, searing and sauteing, cooking methods and more!
- Class 1 April 2: Proper Flavoring and Seasoning
- Class 2 April 9: Starch and Vegetable Cookery
- Class 3 April 16: Soups: Clear/Cream
- Class 4 April 23: Pickling and Fermentation
- Class 5 April 30: Baking: The Perfect Chocolate Chip Cookies
- Class 6 May 7: Graduation Dinner
