Ready to master taco night? Let Special Guest Chef Juan Martinez, of Juan Taco, teach you hands-on the nuanced techniques for rolling the perfect Flour Tortilla, braising a robust and tender Beef Birria and throwing the ultimate taco night!

The star of the menu will be the beef birria which is simmered in a blend of dried chili peppers, spices and aromatics creating a tender, flavorful meat with a rich and complex sauce.

With just a few simple ingredients; flour, water, salt, and fat you will also learn how to make homemade flour tortillas!  Never eat store bought tortillas again and take a little Juan Taco home with you!
