This is the perfect class for anyone who wants to bake with the confidence, precision, and rhythm of a baker. Over the six-week Bake Like a Boss series, you’ll learn the essential techniques that bakers rely on to consistently create beautiful, delicious baked goods. By focusing on key baking fundamentals each week, participants will build a strong foundation that makes baking more predictable, more enjoyable, and far more impressive.

You’ll learn the foundations of baking—how to measure and mix properly, understand ingredients, and create perfect quick breads and yeast breads. And that’s just the beginning! As the weeks progress, you’ll move into cookies, pies and tarts, and irresistible dessert sauces, while learning the techniques that bring them all together. With guidance from your Chef each week, you’ll gain the skills, confidence, and knowledge to elevate your baking and walk away from this course transformed in the kitchen.

Class Type

This class is a completely hands-on experience.  Through classroom lecture, kitchen exercises and even a little homework, each student will become proficient in the skills and methods which lay the foundation in becoming more confident in the kitchen.
