That is just Week 1!! \nYou will continue through stock making\, meat cookery\, flavor profiling\, sauce making\, emulsions\, searing and sauteing\, cooking methods and more!  You will learn from your own Chef all of the building blocks to elevate your cooking and you will finish this class transformed in the kitchen. \n\nClass 1  Jan 16: Food Safety\, Mise en Place\, Knife Skills\nClass 2 Jan 23: Stocks and Sauces\nClass 3  Jan 30: Cooking Methods and Flavor Profiling\nClass 4  Feb 6: Sear and Sauté\nClass 5  Feb 20: Vegetables and Emulsions\nClass 6 Feb 27: Graduation Dinner\n\nMenu\n\nVaries with each class\, topic dependent\n\nClass Type\nThis class is a completely hands-on experience.  Through classroom lecture\, kitchen exercises and even a little homework\, each student will become proficient in the skills and methods which lay the foundation in becoming more confident in the kitchen. \nWhether you’re a kitchen novice or a seasoned home cook looking to sharpen your skills\, this immersive program is designed to equip you with the fundamental techniques and knowledge to excel the culinary experience.
