You asked for it and we are holding the Advanced Cook Like a BIG Boss Class! \nBy covering these advanced areas of study over the six-week course\, participants of Cook Like a BIG Boss will dive deeper into the skills of meat cookery\, flavor profiling\, sauce making\, emulsions\, searing and sauteing\, cooking methods and more! \n\nClass 1  April 2: Proper Flavoring and Seasoning\nClass 2 April 9: Starch and Vegetable Cookery\nClass 3 April 16: Soups: Clear/Cream\nClass 4  April 23: Pickling and Fermentation\nClass 5  April 30: Baking: The Perfect Chocolate Chip Cookies\nClass 6 May 7: Graduation Dinner\n\n*Weekly Topic Subject to Change \nMenu\n\nVaries with each class\, topic dependent\n\nClass Type\nThis class is a completely hands-on experience.  Through classroom lecture\, kitchen exercises and even a little homework\, each student will become proficient in the skills and methods which lay the foundation in becoming more confident in the kitchen. \nWhether you’re a kitchen novice or a seasoned home cook looking to sharpen your skills\, this immersive program is designed to equip you with the fundamental techniques and knowledge to excel the culinary experience.
