In this hands-on class you will learn the art of crafting pasta dough using high-quality ingredients and traditional techniques. From kneading the dough to creating various pasta shapes\, you will be guided  through every step of the pasta making process. \nWhat is pasta without a sauce?  In addition to making beautiful pasta dough\, you will learn a delicious sauces\, including how to make your own pesto! \nMenu \n\nHomemade Pasta Dough\nHand-Cut Tortellini with Pesto\nMarinara and Alfredo\n\nClass Type \nWe have many styles of cooking classes.  This class is centered on entertainment with cooking skills taught throughout the class.  It is not expected for every guest to personally make every recipe.  This class has a nice balance of working independently\, in pairs\, as well as group creations.
