DESCRIPTION:Date Night Cooking is a fun\, hands-on experience perfect for couples\, friends\, or anyone looking to share a memorable evening in the kitchen together.  Ticket Price is Per Couple \nRegistration ends 1 day before the class date.\nTo request late registration\, please call us at (850) 628-5175 \nLet us delight your senses through traditional Greek cuisine where you will experience exciting Mediterranean flavors combinations at their best!  From aromatic herbs like oregano and thyme with a nice dose of olive oil and garlic to the tangy and creaminess of yogurts and feta cheese. \nIn this fun and interactive class\, we will prepare a Greek Menu that introduces you to these amazing flavors and some ingredients you may have never used before.  What is a Greek menu without Baklava?  You will prepare layers of flaky phyllo pastry filled with nuts and an aromatic sweetened honey.  This dish puts the Oh! in OPA! \nMenu\n\nHouse-Made Hummus and Pita Chips\nChicken Souvlaki Skewers with Whipped Tzatziki Sauce\nLemon Orzo\nBaklava\n\nClass Type\nWe have many styles of cooking classes.  This class is centered on entertainment with cooking skills taught throughout the class.  It is not expected for every guest to personally make every recipe.  This class has a nice balance of  creating independently\, in pairs\, as well as group efforts.
